Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and fire jl ("fire jl," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering an account, accessing the fire jl platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. 3.3 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the fire jl platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and the permanent closure of all associated accounts.
3.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. fire jl reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where false or misleading information has been provided.
3.5 Account Approval. fire jl reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your fire jl Account, is strictly prohibited. Each Account must be used exclusively by the registered Account holder.
4.1 Login Credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fire jl username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. fire jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4.2 Account Security. fire jl strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You agree to notify fire jl support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach.
4.3 Account Verification (KYC). fire jl is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the closure of your Account.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. fire jl reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its then-current fee schedule, which will be communicated to you in advance.
4.5 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your fire jl Account at any time by contacting player support. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. fire jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the fire jl cashier section and may be updated from time to time. fire jl reserves the right to impose transaction limits at its discretion.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your fire jl Account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your Account balance. fire jl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. GCash withdrawals are typically completed within three (3) minutes of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
5.5 Withdrawal Conditions. fire jl reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods registered in the same name as the fire jl Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
5.6 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are conducted in PHP. fire jl does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player are the sole responsibility of the player.
fire jl does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. Please check with your payment provider before initiating a transaction.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by fire jl are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, as well as these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each promotion.
6.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible players only. fire jl reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits may not be eligible for certain promotions.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. fire jl actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, and colluding with other players. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently closed.
6.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. fire jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus funds already credited to a player's Account at the time of withdrawal will remain subject to the original promotion terms.
7.1 Game Availability. The games available on the fire jl platform are subject to change at any time. fire jl does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game and shall not be liable for any loss resulting from the temporary or permanent removal of a game from the platform.
7.2 Random Number Generation. All fire jl slot games and non-live casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and independent of previous results. RNG systems used on the fire jl platform are subject to regular independent testing and certification.

12.1 Platform Availability. fire jl does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond fire jl's control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific games.
12.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fire jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the fire jl platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.
12.3 Cap on Liability. Where fire jl is found to be liable to you under these Terms, fire jl's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arose.
12.4 Force Majeure. fire jl shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
13.1 Right to Amend. fire jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the fire jl platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the fire jl platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure.
13.3 Version History. The date of the most recent update to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Previous versions of these Terms are available upon request by contacting fire jl player support.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the fire jl platform, you agree to first contact fire jl player support to seek an informal resolution. fire jl will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
14.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
